I am writing this letter to tell you that the in home services provided by Kayla Duesler actually saved my life. In November of 2018 I escaped a toxic marriage with my then 17 month old son. If not for Kayla doing her in home services I would not have been able to have gotten the counciling that I desperately needed. As a single parent that was kicked out with nothing, no money, transportation and/or child care. Without her services I would have lost my son and I would have then taken my own life. I suffer from Depression, PTSD and Bi-Polar. Talking and seeing Kayla when I did helped me through my darkest of times. Just seeing her friendly smile made me breath easier. When the pandemic hit in 2020 I thought I was going to hit rock bottom again because everything was at a stand still and with social distancing it made getting out even worse. Especially with a then almost 3 year old, with the fear of him or even me getting sick since I am an older parent. But seeing Kayla then, even with a mask on helped me fight my depression and PTSD. Even with not with being able to get a friendly hug from her and having to stay 6 feet apart it helped me. I am great full for ever session I had with her. She has truly been a lifesaver to me.
